Job Details:

Coverage Area: Illinois Indiana Kentucky Michigan Ohio
Miles Per Week: 2200
Home Time: Every weekend for 34-hour reset
Freight Type: 100% no-touch Preloaded Drop and hook

Earnings and Pay Structure:

Mileage Rate: $0.56$0.64 CPM based on experience
Weekly Average Pay: $1.300-$1.500
Additional Pay: Detention layover breakdown covered
Performance Bonus: Up to 8 CPM for safety & service

Training Program:

Drivers with limited OTR experience may qualify for the company training program.
35 week paid training with an experienced mentor
Training covers safe operation trip planning and ELD complianceAdvancement to solo driving based on performance
< 3 months experience: 46 week program
36 months experience: 12 week mentoring

Modern Equipment:

Assigned trucks: 2022 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680
Manual or automatic Fridge inverter APU included
No slip seating

Driver Requirements:

CDL A 21 years old
No more than 2 moving violations (past 2 years)
No preventable DOT accidents in last 5 years
No safety-related terminations NO SAP Drivers
