We are seeking a dependable and motivatedLot Coordinatorto support our Volkswagen Audi and Mazda dealership operations. This position plays an important role in keeping our vehicle inventory organized presentable and ready for customers while assisting multiple departments across the dealership.

The ideal candidate is reliable detail-oriented comfortable driving a variety of vehicles and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is anexcellent entry-level position for someone interested in building a career in automotive service.The role provides hands-on experience within the service department and can lead to advancement opportunities such asService Advisor AssistantandService Advisorfor motivated individuals who demonstrate reliability and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept andinspect incoming new vehicle deliveriesfor condition and accuracy
- Stage and organize vehicleson the new car lot and service drive
- Maintain thepresentation and organization of the dealership lots including filling empty spaces and rearranging vehicles as needed
- Assist service techniciansas a vehicle runner by moving vehicles to and from service areas
- Pick up and drop off customerswhen needed
- Support dealership staff withvehicle movement and general lot coordination
- Maintain a clean organized and professional lot appearance
- Answer incoming phone calls when necessary and assist by directing calls or providing basic information to customers
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and basicphone skillsare helpful
- Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
