Job Overview
Marvin Roanoke is looking for a Process Engineer. We are seeking a driven Process Engineer to lead initiatives that enhance our manufacturing processes equipment performance operating procedures and overall technical this hands-on role you will work closely with a variety of manufacturing operations to identify improvement opportunities implement solutions and support the advancement of our core competencies.
Highlights of your role
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelors or higher degree from accredited engineering college or university (Industrial Engineering degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience implementing process improvements and lean principles
- Significant understanding to develop and support an environment employing a mix of automated semi-automated and hand assembly operations
- Verifiable track record and accomplishments leading operational transformations.
