ProMedica Physicians - Ear Nose & Throat one of Toledos premier ENTpracticesis seekinganAcute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to joinexpandingpracticebased at theProMedica Health and Wellness Centerin Sylvania OH.

• InpatientOutpatient and Surgical cases
• Monday - Friday schedule with weekend rotation
• Weekend Holiday and Call rotationamong 4 APPs
• Robust support system of Physicians SLPs Audiology and APP Care team
• Services provided at Sylvania office Perrysburg office Toledo Hospital and Flower Hospital

In this role you will provide comprehensive patient care including assessment diagnosis treatment and follow-up across Primary Care services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise excellent communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Requirements:

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Acute Care Certification Required for Nurse Practitioner Candidates
• Masters degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g. BLS ACLS PALS
• etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
