Job Description Overview

Supportingthe siteas a security officer& control room duties(mustpossessa CCTV licence)toensure safetyofcustomersbuildingsandpersonnel.

Tosupporttheoperationofthebuildingandensuringexceptionalserviceisprovidedandensurethatallassignedtasksarecompletedinaprofessionalandtimelymanneradheringtoall relevantlegislation.

Duties and responsibilities:

Operationallysupport indeliveryoftheagreedservicelevel.

Assisttheteambyfosteringteamspiritandco-operationtheencourage open expressionofdifferingideas andopinionsandensuringresolution.

Support indeliveryof SOPsandmaintenanceofappropriatedocumentationsets acrossthe security Team.

AssistinmaintainingcompliancewithallHealth& Safety legislation.

Promoteasecureandsafeworkingenvironmentonsitethroughtheimplementationandcontinuous improvementofagreedHealthandSafetyactions

CompletetherequiredIncidentreportsintheevent ofanincidentfocusingonqualityandtimelyreporting.

Ensurethat any complaints aredealtwithin aprofessionalandtimelymanner.

Toestablishandmaintainsatisfactoryrelationshipswithindividualsat alllevelswithintheCompany andtheClient organisation.

Ensurethat allequipmentprovidedtoassistsecurity isfullyoperationalwithany issuesreported.

ClientliaisonworkingcloselywiththeCentre Management Team and Security Supervisor.

Otherday-to-dayresponsibilitiesasdictatedby circumstancesandtheneeds ofthebusinessandclient.
