The opportunity

For our business unit Grid Automation we are looking for an HSE Manager based in Madrid.

How youll make an impact

• Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations standards and internal policies
• Acting as a coach and advisor toward the supervision team concerning HSE management.
• Conduct comprehensive HSE risk assessments and implement effective control measures
• Lead incident investigations determine root causes and define corrective and preventive actions
• Implement and support factory-wide HSE programs audits inspections and improvement initiatives
• Monitor key HSE KPIs and prepare clear reports to drive transparency and decisionmaking
• Deliver HSE trainings and awareness programs that foster a strong safety culture
• Maintain and continuously improve emergency response plans including drills and preparedness activities
• Collaborate closely with teams to integrate HSE considerations into daily operations and longterm planning
• Drive the integration and continuous improvement of environmental practices by leading risk assessments implementing corrective actions and monitoring/reporting environmental performance against HSE objectives.

Your background

• Degree in Engineering Environmental Science Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within an industrial or energy environment
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations standards risk assessments and incident analysis
• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct engaging trainings
• Experience working with HSE performance metrics reporting and continuous improvement tools
• Ability to influence and drive behavioral change across diverse teams
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Collaborative working style and ability to support crossfunctional factory operations
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
