The Commercial Planning team sits within the Finance function and is primarily responsible for the forecast analysis and management of the Groups financial performance. The team works closely with all the Lines of Business to understand underlying business performance and how this translates into our financial results. The team is also responsible for the production of timely and accurate financial data & information that is used by Group Executives and the Board of Directors.
Your responsibilities
Must have
Tertiary qualifications in an Accounting discipline and CPA / CA qualifications Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes
5 years experience in management accounting including preparation of financial reports
Strong technical accounting business partnering and analytical skills Advanced excel skills including experience building models from scratch Motivated self-starter and disciplined time manager
Curious mindset willing to challenge existing thinking and work with ambiguity
Strong and effective communication skills are a given
Nice to have
Understanding of financial markets or exposure to financial services industry would be beneficial
Experience with project management practices
Good interpersonal skills and engaging manner
