Job Summary
Bangors oldest bar Jenny Watts is looking for a motivated hands-on individual to step up as our next Supervisor!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Reporting to the assistant manager and general manager you will:
- Support the management team in day-to-day bar operations
- Lead and motivate the bar team during busy shifts
- Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards
- Assist with stock control ordering and waste management
- Train and mentor new and existing members of staff
- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for staff and guests
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Adhere to cash handling procedures at all times when processing customer payments and completing cash ups
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory or similar level management role (1 year)
- Be a confident approachable and a strong communicator
- Have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Lead by example with a positive problem-solving attitude
