Location: Edinburgh (Multi-Site Support)
Our client an expanding global hotel operator is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to act as the right hand to the Cluster Maintenance Manager. This isnt just about fixing leaks; its about leading a team managing high-level projects and ensuring two of Edinburghs key properties are operating at peak performance.

Your Leadership ImpactTeam General: Youll direct develop and supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers providing the technical guidance they need to succeed.
Project Owner: From planning refurbishments to implementing group-wide best practices youll have a direct hand in the properties evolution.
Compliance Champion: Youll own the Health & Safety paperwork and statutory checks ensuring the building isnt just working but is 100% compliant.
Vendor Management: Youll be the point of contact for external contractors negotiating quotes and overseeing on-site works.
The Safety Net: Youll lead the charge during emergencies ensuring the building systems and more importantly the guests are safe and secure.
What You Bring to the Team
The Background: Proven supervisory experience in maintenance (Hospitality/Hotel experience is a huge plus).
The Toolkit: Vocational training (Plumbing or Electrics preferred) and a deep understanding of preventative maintenance.
The Tech: Proficient with Microsoft Office and modern maintenance reporting systems.
The Mindset: A master of delegation and prioritisation who can handle a complex multi-site workload without breaking a sweat.
