You will lead / coordinate project planning and scheduling act as a liaison between engineering groups and provide data reporting for both internal and external customers.
As an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist here at Honeywell you will lead a team of engineers ensuring successful execution of support activities and high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet engineering support requirements. You will report directly to our and youll work out of our Clearwater FL or Phoenix AZ. location.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Requirements - Work with business customers business analysts and team members (including Engineering IT) to understand and document business requirements that drive the design of Business Process and TEAMCENTER technical solutions.
- Process contribute to the overall quality of TEAMCENTER implemented Business Processes.
- Identify and engage Business Process subject matter experts in project planning sessions with customers business analysts and team members.
- Facilitates and/or leads regularly scheduled project status meetings.
- Audits records and develops corrective actions to assure data accuracy.
- Ability to participate as project leader to manage small to medium Business Deployment Project Manages workflow for configuration management of assigned projects and makes suggestions for improvement of processes.
- Maintaining open communication with project team and customers.
- Updating data utilizing company supplied utilities
- Adheres to and supports the development and enhancement of project management methodology and standards to meet the project needs for timely cost effective quality solutions.
- Test and Train - Participates in the development of test plans for user acceptance testing.
- Tests TEAMCENTER functionality that has been developed or modified ensuring the solution meets the needs of the customer and business.
- Provides ongoing maintenance of TEAMCENTER system Training materials.
- Leadership - Provides assistance to less experienced personnel when necessary.
- Leverages and shares knowledge of specific areas of expertise.
- Maintenance - Provides third-tier TEAMCENTER business process user support within areas of expertise.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:
- 4 years of experience PLM / Teamcenter within an Aerospace organization
- 10 years of experience in Microsoft Office: Excel Project and PowerPoint
- Must be able to read write and speak English
