The Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Retirement Specialist Senior. Under the supervision of the Active Members Supervisor this position is responsible for communicating with and educating members and employers on a wide variety of business specific topics ranging from general inquiries to significantly complex subject matter. Communication of this information occurs over a variety of media and settings. The Retirement Specialist Sr. is also in part or fully responsible for the research and resolution of member and employer issues actions related to the appeals process and basic to intermediate analysis of business statistics.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Some PSPRS employees participate in the States Remote Work Program and can work remotely in their homes in offices and in hoteling spaces. Answer and rectify member account questions/concerns.
Service member accounts.
Provide member account support to divisions within PSPRS.
Calculate and provide estimates and distribution of retirement benefits as applicable to individual members.
Participate as a project member for operational and system analysis and enhancement processes.
Recommend changes and assist in the production of group meeting presentations videos and E-Learnings.
Mentor new Retirement Specialists.
