Having warm safe andwell-maintainedhomes is one of our customers top do this we need to manage lots ofinformation andcommunicate Asset Management Administrators to join our team to ensure thatboth responsive repairs and planned maintenance are carried out effectively.

The role

Our Asset Management Administrators will coordinate between teams contractors and suppliers to help deliver services that meethigh standardsand keep everything compliant and on track through to completion and invoicing.

Theserolesare aboutcustomercare andcreating a positive experience for our customers. Through attention to detailproactive communication and a commitment to excellenceyoullplay a key part in exceeding expectations.

About you

Werelooking for an organisedproactiveand customerfocused individual with demonstrable experience of using differentITsystems and packages (specifically Word and Excel).

A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential along with the ability to work accurately collaboratively and with resilience.

Although not essential experience within a social housing environment would be an advantage. However what we really need is commitment and enthusiasm with customers at the heart of what you do.
