About the role
Wereoffering two opportunities within our Asset Management team: onefulltime permanent role basedfromour Newport office covering the East and onefixedtermcontract for 24 months basedfromour Swansea office covering the West. Both roles offer agile working and the chance to make a real impact across our homes and communities.
Youllbe part of a collaborativemultidisciplinaryteam working alongside Asset Surveyors Decarbonisation Surveyors and Retrofit Advisors to deliverjoinedupsolutions across our homes.
Working closely with colleagues across asset management housingprojectsand regenerationyoullcontribute to refurbishmentsustainabilityandcarbonreductioninitiatives while engaging professionally and empathetically with customers in their homes.
Skills and Experience Needed
Youllhave strong experience delivering stock condition surveys and working with asset management data to inform planned programmes of work and investment decisions. A solid understanding of building construction compliance standards (including WHQS)andpropertyrelatedlegislation is essential along with the ability to work collaboratively across confident using mobile technology and asset systems communicate clearly and take acustomerfocusedapproach. A relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent experience) and a full driving licence welcome applications from a wide range of sectors including housing commercial propertyandconstruction and value the different perspectives this experience can bring.
We provide full training for Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and offer development opportunities to become a PAS2035 retrofit assessor helping improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon across our support you in working towards professional qualifications such as RICS or CIOB.

42221per annum
