What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures location-specific policies and emergency response activities as directed.
- Greet and assist employees patients visitors and vendors; manage sign-in and/or badging processes and direct guests to appropriate destinations per site policy.
- Monitor access control points and front desk systems including cameras alarms phones and radios; report unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; document actions taken and notify site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
- Complete security-related reports logs and incident documentation; communicate shift activity during pass-downs to support continuity of operations at the front desk.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state county and/or city issued security license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
