About the Job

• Advising customers and providing suitable solutions for logistical inquiries.
• Ensuring the correct and timely operational handling of incoming and outgoing air and ocean freight shipments.
• Identifying irregularities and resolving them appropriately.
• Informing warehouse staff regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Tracking and tracing shipments.
• Placing bookings with airlines or shipping lines.
• Requesting purchase rates from carriers.
• Maintaining communication with overseas Hellmann offices agents and customers regarding the arrival and further handling of shipments.
• Organizing road transport.
• Managing shipment invoicing and performing the necessary checks.

About You

• You are an experienced Airfreight Forwarder and have a good knowledge of Seafreight.
• For this position experience with spare parts and time critical shipments is required.
• You have strong communication skills and a professional level in English and preferably Dutch.
• You are a true teamplayer enjoy handling complex shipments you manage your workload well and you are resilient under pressure.
