As the Business Manager Associate within the APAC Control Management team you will be a trusted advisor and counterweight to the Head of APAC Control and their leadership team promoting organizational strategy and regional priorities.
Job responsibilities
- Drive leadership team agendas priorities meetings and action followups.
- Build executiveready business review materials and messaging that translate complex information into clear narratives.
- Coordinate town halls and offsites owning agendas planning and meeting materials.
- Manage budgeting headcount and expense tracking with accurate reporting.
- Lead the people agenda in partnership with the senior business control manager.
- Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to streamline operations.
- Partner with control and program colleagues to clarify project expectations and deliverables for reporting.
- Support regional country and strategic control change adhoc initiatives and projects as directed.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Prior experience in financial services business management or a similar strategic role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to distill complex information into key insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with Alteryx or Tableau.
