Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join a well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Croydon. This is a full-time position beginning April 2026 responsible for overseeing maintenance site safety and facilities management.

The successful Site Manager will ensure that the school site remains safe secure and well maintained. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance schedules coordinating contractors ensuring health and safety compliance and supporting the day-to-day running of the schools facilities.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience working as a Site Manager Caretaker or Facilities Manager
Strong understanding of health & safety and building maintenance
Experience supervising contractors and maintenance works
Strong organisational and practical problem-solving skills
