Overview of therole:

Saputo is seeking a Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team and play a key role in advancing our Talent Acquisition strategy with a focus on continuous improvement and strong stakeholder partnership and collaboration.

This is a 2year contract replacement role based at our SaintLaurent office.

Reporting to the Vice President Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding the Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and implementing forwardlooking recruitment strategies aligned with Saputos business objectives with a key focus on operations. Working closely with HR partners and hiring leaders the incumbent will anticipate talent needs address gaps and deliver impactful recruitment initiatives. The role also leads and supports a highly engaged Talent Acquisition team committed to delivering both an exceptional candidate experience and hiring manager experience.

The person will play a pivotal role in shaping Saputos talent pipeline through a multipronged proactive recruitment approach building targeted talent communities for operations sites across Canada and strengthening Saputos position as an employer of choice.

How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs workforce priorities and gaps across Canada
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the business translating workforce needs into actionable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Establish sustainable action plans through a proactive datadriven recruitment approach; design and implement initiatives to build targeted talent pipelines focused on operations sites across Canada
  • Lead the planning management and continuous improvement of Saputos Internship program creating a meaningful development experience for Interns and building a strong earlycareer talent pipeline
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with target universities across Canada
  • Leverage Saputos Employer Brand across multiple channels including social media strategic partnerships and industry events
  • Lead and develop a Talent Acquisition team that partners closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements deliver market insights and implement effective inclusive recruitment strategies
  • Develop and optimize tools processes and best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including people management with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing engaged Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Solid experience developing and implementing strategies to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines aligned with evolving business needs
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills with a highly collaborative approach
  • Ability to effectively balance strategic partnership with hands-on operational leadership
  • A futurefocused perspective to address current and emerging Talent Acquisition needs
  • Experience managing Talent Acquisition KPIs tracking performance and using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with or exposure to university relations and internship or earlycareer programs
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced and evolving environment
  • Bilingual (English and French) the role requires oral and written communication with stakeholders in Québec and across Canada

Salary: 92795$ 121795$

*Salary offers will varycommensuratewith experience education skills and training.
