What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests visitors and associates by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas lobbies meeting spaces back-of-house areas parking areas and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access control concerns.
• Monitor access points and respond to door alarms suspicious activity noise complaints and other calls for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Write clear detailed reports of incidents observations and daily activities and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.
• Support incident response by assisting with guest and employee direction during medical events fire alarms and other critical situations and coordinate with local emergency services when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
