What Youll Do:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoingOffice Coordinator to join our this role you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to other team members ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently as well as support the leasing team with new renter inquiries.


Were looking for an Office Coordinator as they were recently promoted! We are looking for someone to join our team who wants more than just a J-O-B. Someone to join our team and be part of the solution for housing in Denver! This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in property management.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to answering phone calls and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Being the face of Grace Property Management at the front desk greeting office visitors &interacting with our residents & vendors
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person if unable to assist them
  • Paperwork including mail and filing
  • Completing detailed steps within checklists
  • Assisting our Executive Property Managers
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
  • Assisting the team with a variety of daily tasks including assisting the leasing team with new renterinquiries
