Since 2012 Mission Edge has supported over 1000 nonprofits and small businesses through accounting HR services and its social responsibility programthe Impact Lab. Our Nonprofit Solutions (NPS) team provides capacity-building support training and learning resources to help nonprofits thrive.

The Role

Are you the person who keeps all the moving pieces in motion tracking the details supporting the people and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Do you love organizing systems connecting with a community and jumping in wherever youre needed most

Were looking for a Program Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue of the NPS team supporting the execution of programs operations marketing and learning management across the organization. Youll ensure day-to-day coordination runs smoothly learners and members are engaged and supported and operational systems are maintained with accuracy and consistency.

This role works closely with both the Senior Director of Programs and the Program Manager to keep NPS running efficiently.

What You Will Do

LMS Support & Reporting

  • Provide day-to-day LMS support including learner enrollment troubleshooting and communications.
  • Generate and maintain LMS data reports and dashboards for program tracking.

  • Support the Program Manager with course scheduling and platform updates.

Operations & Process Documentation

  • Maintain and update operational documentation process guides and internal workflows.

  • Track accountability systems and flag issues to the Senior Director or Program Manager.

  • Support facilitator and vendor coordination scheduling and administrative follow-through.

Member Stewardship & Learner Engagement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries needs and ongoing relationship stewardship delivering a consistently high-quality experience that supports the organizations member NPS target of 50 with a stretch goal of 70.

  • Monitor the member services inbox and central phone line ensuring timely and professional responses that reflect the organizations commitment to member satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage learner-facing communications including enrollment notifications reminders and follow-ups with a focus on reducing drop-off and supporting a year-over-year member retention rate of 80% with a stretch goal of 90%.

  • Proactively follow up with members to support engagement retention and satisfaction; flag at-risk members or trends to the Program Manager to inform retention strategy.

  • Support community engagement and new member onboarding efforts to drive learner participation retention and contribute to a new organizational membership growth target of 56% annually with a stretch goal of 10%.

Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Manage NPS program and team calendars.

  • Schedule and coordinate all training sessions workshops events and internal meetings.

  • Coordinate logistics for all NPS events and learning offerings.

Social Media & Marketing Execution

  • Execute social media content in alignment with the marketing content calendar.

  • Draft and publish posts monitor engagement and report on performance.

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager on content development and submit for Senior Director approval.

Event & Workshop Coordination

  • Coordinate all logistics for NPS workshops events and training sessions including scheduling.

  • Manage registration materials communications and post-event follow-up.

  • Support facilitators and speakers with preparation and day-of logistics.

  • Tech-comfortable you pick up new platforms quickly and arent intimidated by LMS tools or project management software.

  • A strong communicator both in writing and in conversation.

  • Someone who takes initiative works independently and brings a can-do spirit to everything.

  • Passionate about the nonprofit sector and the communities NPS serves.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in program coordination operations or a related field.

  • Comfortable working in LMS platforms and learning new digital tools quickly.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

  • Experience with social media management and basic content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment.

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations.

  • Familiarity with tools like Basecamp Social Champ or similar platforms.

  • Prior experience building workflows automations or process templates.

  • Comfort with data tracking dashboards and reporting.
