JOB PURPOSE:

To assemble quality medical devices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Perform manual assembly processes according to procedures
Upholds SPG and Dupont vision and core values

Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience/Knowledge Skills & Abilities)

Required:

High School diploma or its equivalent and passing basic skills test
May be required to complete formal training and certification in area of specialty
Ability to problem solve identify errors deviations from procedures and defective attention to detail and thoroughness
Excellent hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPG and Dupont safety policies and procedures.

Preferred:

Experience working in manufacturing

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Light physical activity with the majority of time spent standing and working on manufacturing line where protective clothing is required. Position requires flexible hours and ability to work around chemicals.
