ADVOC8 is looking for INSTALLATION SPECIALISTS in DALLAS TX to help with an in-store installation project for a major tech company.
THE ROLE
The Installation Specialists are the feet on the ground for this program responsible for the transportation installation dismantling and safe handling of all activation assets related to the programs Phone Booth buildout. Team members report directly to the Market Manager (MM) and must maintain consistent communication throughout all deployment phases. The installation team will consist of two members: a Lead Installer and an Installation Support team member.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for transportation installation dismantling and safe handling of activation assets for the programs Phone Booth buildout.
- Report directly to the Market Manager (MM) and maintain consistent communication throughout all deployment phases.
- Assist with warehouse prep 3/193/20/26 including sorting and organizing store kits verifying components and staging materials for deployment.
- Execute installations during 3/203/25/26: drive program cargo van to assigned retail locations load and unload booth components build and install Phone Booths according to setup guidelines and brand specifications and take clear installation photos.
- Check in with the Market Manager prior to departure upon arrival at storage at each activation location and upon completion of installation.
- Support campaign 3/264/16/26 by assisting with troubleshooting or adjustments if requested by the MM.
- Perform dismantle 4/164/24/26: return to locations dismantle booths document asset condition with photos safely repack materials and transport assets back to the warehouse.
- Submit hours worked promptly in Pinata following each shift.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask as individuals and within a group
- Self Starter/Entrepreneurial in nature able to create your own opportunity within an event for an overall success
- Willing to take direction on site as outlined by MM or program management staff
- Ability to arrive on time communicate with MM as outlined in training and be event ready on arrival
- Must be able to work a set schedule between 3/19/26 and 4/24/26
- Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Local travel is required for this program
- Must have access to internet and a smart phone or computer to log time
- Minimum 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US
- The position involves moving items up to 50 lbs in weight individually and 75-100 lbs as a team either independently or with assistance. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations and assistive tools to support team members in performing these duties. Other physical duties include handling palletized shipments and safely using basic hand tools and assembly equipment
Rate: This is a contract position. The contract rate will be assigned based on the type of event staffed and executed approved payroll will to be paid bi-weekly.
