Job Description
As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Agent in Saint Paul MN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. As an armed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities location you will conduct routine patrols remain highly visible and help to identify and report security-related concerns while providing strong customer service and clear communication. You will respond to incidents document activities and collaborate with site teams to support smooth operations. Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour
Must be 21 years of age
Minimum 2 plus years of Law Enforcement or Military experience (must be either Military Police or Combat Arms MOS) required

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.
- Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site operations and/or public responders as directed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings yards and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access suspicious activity and/or theft.
- Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification authorizations and deliveries and documenting visitor and vehicle activity per post orders.
- Complete detailed reports maintain required armed post equipment and communicate security-related observations to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of law enforcement military police and/or corrections experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
