Responsibilities:
. Proven experience of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consultant architect with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
. In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules including configuration customization and integration.
. Experience in leading and managing teams with excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.
. Proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementation projects.
. Expertise in Account Receivables (AR) Accounts Payables (AP) Finance (FI) Inter Company and Controlling (CO) processes.
. Expertise in FI Interfaces and Integration testing
. Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
. SAP certifications in relevant Finance or related modules are a plus.
. SAP experience supporting General Ledger and the following functions: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Financial Accounting Management Accounting Fixed Asset Accounting Inter-company Accounting Project System.
. Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM SD GM.
. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
. Understanding of accounting business processes and experience on documentation
. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and provide the root cause followed by the solution
. Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others
. Aware of testing cycles and Sanity checks(when systems are upgraded)
. Hands on experience on ticketing tools such as JIRA Remedy and HP etc.
. Experience on functional estimations and also guiding technical member
