Your future duties and responsibilities:

Proven experience in a project management scrum master or technical lead role within an AI data science or complex software development environment.
. 5 yrs of exp in software development with python or similar language
. Strong understanding of the AI/ML project lifecycle from ideation and data gathering to testing and deployment.
. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a talent for navigating complex organizational structures to remove roadblocks.
. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
. Familiarity with modern AI technologies and cloud platforms (experience with Google Cloud Platform - GCP is a strong advantage).
. Experience in an Agile development environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:

Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solution delivery

Proven experience in leading AI transformation or acceleration programs

Hands-on experience with LLMs prompt engineering and RAG architectures

Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps practices

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud)

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in defining AI strategy and roadmap

Ability to drive cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives

Knowledge of data architecture governance and security

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with AI accelerators reusable frameworks and COE (Center of Excellence) setup

Exposure to tools like LangChain LlamaIndex and vector databases

Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI OpenAI Vertex AI etc.)

Knowledge of multi-agent systems and advanced AI architectures

Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and automation practices

Experience in domain-specific AI implementations (banking healthcare retail etc.)

Understanding of AI ethics explainability and responsible AI

Experience in pre-sales solutioning or client-facing roles
