Digital Planning and analytics background
Working on custom audience segments developed from owned asset audiences and platform cohorts
Worked on first party data audiences and owned platforms
Understanding of business strategies growth marketing
Worked on performance campaigns for portals and apps
Some experience in Data Science and Analytics
Nice to Have:
Implementation expert of GA A/B Testing
GA experience preferred exposure to Google marketing platform google tag manager google optimize
Good to have GCP and Big query
SQL background (can learn adh and other products with this background)
A/B testing experience
Someone with global delivery centres who has talked to the client stakeholder management
Working knowledge of Digital media platforms and plans
What Will The Person Do
Ensuring data integration both from a planning perspective ensuring scaling and relevant deployment
Data first planning across brand portfolio and efficiency optimization
Drive audience solutions like ADH and Bridge for planning and deployment
Integration of CRM and CDP from an audience lens across brand plans
Use of analytics for audience building and prioritization
Building and operationalizing the FPD architecture (collection enrichment deployment measurement etc )
Institutionalization of Digital measurement and analytics practice for brands
Setting up of digital kpis both from a short term and long term standpoint
Understanding of full funnel journeys especially for digital first brands
Off platform and on platform attribution
Understanding of outcomes and integrating it back into planning
Understanding of platform audits and highlighting relevant action
Defining tagging strategy both from a paid and on owned media lens
CDP and DCR testing from an analytics standpoint
