Whats the role
As a Business Manager for our Indigenous Business portfolio across WA you will play a critical role in achieving Westpacs strategy of financial inclusion and wellbeing for Indigenous customers and their businesses.
What do I need
- Strong Banking experience (Business Banking preferred but not essential) coupled with an understanding of credit policy
- Experience in a customer-facing / phone-based sales role
- Ability to travel to customers (own vehicle required and KMs reimbursed)
- Cultural awareness and a genuine appreciation for diversity and inclusion
- High-performer energy and a unique ability to gauge and nurture strong relationships
- Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service
