About the Role
Support the Management Control team in monitoring the companys financial performance contributing to results analysis reporting preparation and support for the financial planning and decision-making process.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting including variance analysis against the budget and previous periods.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Collect consolidate and analyze financial and operational data from different areas of the company.
- Support profitability analysis by business unit product customer or project.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and management control tools.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to support management.
- Collaborate with other departments (Operations Sales HR etc.) in the interpretation of financial data and cost control.
- Support the continuous improvement of reporting and financial control processes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information used in analyses.
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Management Economics Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in management control auditing consulting or financial analysis roles (valued but not mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Excel / data analysis tools.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems or BI tools (Power BI Tableau or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
