Role Overview
As a Business Analyst within the Tax IT domain you will act as a key bridge between business teams and IT development teams ensuring that functional requirements are clearly defined analyzed and implemented.
You will play an essential role in requirements analysis change request management functional validation and testing support ensuring that delivered solutions align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement formalization and change request management processes
- Apply Business Analysis best practices across project and release cycles
- Conduct pre-analysis with business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities
- Critically analyze and challenge business requirements to ensure optimal solutions
- Produce clear and structured functional specifications
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to development teams
- Support functional testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure proper project tracking reporting and adherence to deadlines
- Collaborate closely with business teams during implementation and release phases
Technical Requirements
- Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance Management Tax or Law
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial industry with strong focus on Tax-related activities
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience working with relational databases (preferably SQL)
- Good general IT knowledge with Custody knowledge considered a plus
Language Requirements
- English Fluent / Mastery level
