Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to support the North America Financial Lines equipped and excited tosupportateamas it develops integrated marketing communication programs that effectively drive business results.
This role will lsupportthemanagementandimplementationofintegratedcommunicationplans for internal and external audiences to ensure they are high-quality business-driven and effective. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions including communications advertising branding digital and social media. The Marketing Specialist must be an organized multitasker able to manage many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications for North America Financial Lines and will be based in our Philadelphia PA office. It also requires 15-20% domestic travel.
The Marketing Specialist for North America Financial Lines will be responsible for:
Supportingthe North America Financial Lines Marketing team in executing annual marketing campaigns and budgets ensuring alignment with business goals and brand strategy.
Coordinatingtheintegrateddeploymentofvariousmarketing/communicationsinitiativessuchas collateral trade shows events email marketing digital marketing social media and communications strategies.
Assistingindeliveringassetstovariousaudiencesthroughmultipleinternal and external communications channels (traditional and social media website e-marketing company intranet etc.).
Providingcommunicationssupport across various channels including but not limited toexecutivepresentations executive social media newsletters and thought leadership articles.
Managing the development and production of event marketing materials including publicationsproductbrochuresbrokersupportmaterialstradeshow with the Chubb brand standards.
Overseeing the businesss social media activities and becoming the administrator for the businesss socialmedia.
Developing and authoring the internal newsletter for Financial Lines and ensuring its monthly and publication updates on behalf of the business and maintain Financial Lines intranet page.
Supportingthedevelopmentofthoughtleadershipassetstovariousaudiences(brokers clients agents etc.) through multiple communications channels (media web etc.).
Conducting research and supporting major omnichannel marketing campaigns such as competitive intelligenceandanalysisandsupportingoutreacheffortstohelpamplifycampaignreach.
Proactively communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders ensuring transparency and effective coordination across departments.
BachelorsdegreerequiredCommunicationsMarketing or relatedmajorpreferred.
2 years ofexperienceinamarketingorcommunicationsroleinsuranceindustryorfinancial services experience preferred.
Advertising/public relations/creativeagencyexperienceisaplus.
Event experience including the use of event management software and preparing event reports is a plus.
Mustdemonstratetheabilitytousemarketingcommunicationstoolssuchas Canva PowerPointSalesForceMarketingCloudandGoogleAnalytics.
Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationandpresentationskills.
Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously with a focus on establishing and meeting deadlines.
Excellentcollaborationskills.
