KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Partnership & Prioritization:
- Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar
- Screen and triage communications
- Manage and prioritize the General Managers email inbox including drafting responses and routing communications appropriately
- Serve as primary gatekeeper for executive time
- Provide decision support on sensitive matters
Operational Coordination & Follow-Through:
- Track key initiatives deadlines and action items
- Monitor progress and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate leadership meetings
- Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes
Communications & Reporting:
- Prepare correspondence presentations and reports
- Draft and proofread communications
- Maintain organized documentation systems
Executive Office Management:
- Coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling
- Assist with occasional travel arrangements
- Maintain strict confidentiality
Technology & Efficiency Support:
- Utilize Google Workspace tools
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Leverage AI tools such as Gemini to improve workflow efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 4 years supporting senior leadership
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills
- Exceptional organization and communication abilities
- High professionalism and discretion
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Casino or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of gaming regulations
- Degree preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
On-site role within a dynamic casino resort environment requiring regular interaction across departments. Occasional availability outside normal business hours may be required to support operational needs.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Must obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming Support License.
