Castle Manufacturing is working with a well-established manufacturer in North Yorkshire to recruit a Production Supervisor. Reporting in to the Production Manager this is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to play a key role in ensuring customers receive a high-quality product in line with process and product specification
- Ensure the department has appropriate risk and COSHH assessments in place
- Effectively communicate daily weekly and monthly objectives to the team and maximise performance
- Proactively measure performance of department against KPIs
- Ensure team members are competent to perform all tasks asked of them and conduct annual performance development reviews with them
- Manage the team members ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to
Who Were Looking For:
- Experience in a process driven production environment
- Experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Must be a team player
- Good data analysis and decision making skills
