Job Summary

Job Description:

Registration Processes: Managing the entire registration process at the Sub-Registrars office including verifying that documents annexures valuations and data entry.
Government Liaison: Coordinate with revenue officials (Tehsildar Mamlatdar Collector) and local municipal bodies for land records NOCs and approvals.
Mutation and Land Records: Facilitating the mutation of property records (transfer of title in revenue records) and ensuring 7/12 extracts 8A and property cards are updated.
