Job Summary:

The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for software development and maintenance activities working within a team to deliver and support IT solutions. The role requires strong development skills excellent communication and the ability to work on projects with specific timelines.

Location:Canada Remote

Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining software applications.
- Participating in project activities.
- Commenting source code.
- Updating task management systems.
- Developing bilingual based software.
- Document generation using Microsoft Word.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Minimum of three (3) years of development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English.
- University Degree (Information Technology related) or Community College Diploma (Information Technology related 2-year program) or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience 4.5 runtime Visual Studio 2012 and SQL Server 2008R2 as development tools.
- Experience in commenting source code and updating task management systems.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2017.
- Experience developing bilingual based software.
- Technical knowledge of Family Support Order Services system and subsystems.
- Experience with document generation using Microsoft Word.

Special Considerations:

- Availability to participate in project activities between April 2026-March 2028.
