Role Details:
An international B2B ingredient firm is seeking a Regional Marketing & Channel Partnerships Manager to support business growth across Asia.
This regional role combines strategic marketing execution with partner channel development and business development. Based in Bangkok the successful candidate will work closely with commercial teams across Asia and with global colleagues to strengthen market presence support partners and drive new business opportunities.
Role Overview
The position focuses on business development while working closely with regional distribution partners to expand market reach. You will help translate product capabilities into clear value propositions for customers and partners while ensuring strong alignment between marketing activities and commercial objectives.
A key element of the role involves working with external partners across multiple Asian markets to enhance market activation improve channel performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Partner Development
- Develop productive relationships with key distribution partners across selected Asian markets
- Support partner performance through regular engagement planning and joint initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand business through existing and new channel partners
- Collaborate with partners to improve market penetration and customer engagement
- Provide partners with the tools and insights needed to position the portfolio effectively in their markets
Regional Marketing & Market Activation
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives
- Support portfolio positioning and value communication tailored to different Asian markets
- Coordinate participation in industry events exhibitions and regional promotional activities
- Develop marketing materials and sales support tools for internal teams and partners
- Work closely with global colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
Your Profile:
- Around 57 years of professional strong experience in marketing commercial marketing or partner/channel development
- Background in B2B environments supporting manufacturing sectors (food-related sectors would be advantageous)
- Experience working with distributors agents or commercial partners across multiple markets
- Strong ability to translate technical or product features into compelling market messaging
- Comfortable working in a regional cross-cultural environment with remote stakeholders
- Self-driven collaborative and capable of managing multiple priorities
