About The Role
Were looking for a Financial Crime Senior Risk & Compliance Specialist to join our TSCO Risk & Compliance this role youll play a key part in strengthening our financial crime risk management capabilities helping ensure we operate with integrity while delivering great customer experiences.
Working closely with teams across the business youll provide expert guidance on AML/CTF fraud and financial crime risk helping to build robust controls enhance our risk frameworks and ensure we meet regulatory obligations.
This is an opportunity to influence how risk is managed across the organisation while contributing to a high-performing collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build strong relationships across teams and provide guidance on financial crime AML/CTF and fraud risk. Support stakeholders to identify risks strengthen controls and implement practical solutions.
- Help maintain Sportsbets risk and compliance frameworks by identifying assessing and monitoring risks and key risk indicators while ensuring procedures and documentation remain current.
- Document and assess key controls conduct control testing activities and work with stakeholders to address findings and continuously improve the control environment.
- Support incident management risk reporting and audit activities while using data and insights to help identify emerging risks and inform proactive decision making.
- Actively contribute to the CSRC Strategy through ideas and suggestions.
