Compliance Manager

THE POSITION

• Lead commercial discussions and KPI compliance to meet business objectives
• Manage contract reporting governance and performance metrics
• Prepare contract price escalations variations and tender commercial reviews
• Oversee Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and maintain accurate records
• Establish and maintain detailed risk registers and opportunity reporting
• Conduct site and contract audits ensuring corrective actions are completed
• Analyse service failures and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive consistency across operational documentation processes and standards
• Support operational teams to deliver contractual commitments
• Attend stakeholder and client meetings as required
• Champion a positive safety and compliance culture across the business

THE PERSON

• Strong commercial and contract management experience within services environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes to deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and influencing skills
• Experience driving governance compliance and operational improvements
• Strong analytical capability with a solutions-focused mindset
• High ethical standards and commitment to professional excellence
• Leadership capability with a collaborative and coaching approach

Highly regarded:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Finance Law or related discipline
• Experience in PPP contract environments
• Previous experience within healthcare or hospital operations
