Job Summary
Our client a company specialising in laser cutting and metal fabrication is seeking a skilled Draftsman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and designs used for laser cutting and metal production.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for metal components and products.
- Convert client requirements and sketches into precise production drawings.
- Ensure drawings are compatible with laser cutting machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements or client feedback.
- Maintain organised drawing records and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and production standards.
- Assist with design improvements to optimise manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Drafting Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience using drafting software such as AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar.
- Minimum of 2 3 years drafting experience preferably within manufacturing engineering or metal fabrication industries.
