The LMS Course Specialist will support course development delivery and administration using the organizations Learning Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain LMS platforms used for training programs
Upload configure and maintain course materials and digital training content
Support instructors and students with LMS functionality
Track course participation and training metrics
Assist in developing e-learning modules and online training content
Ensure course materials meet Army training standards

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Instructional Technology Education Technology IT or related field
Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Moodle Blackboard Canvas)
Knowledge of e-learning design principles and course development tools
