Base Year: June 3 2026 to 2 May 2 2027
Option Year 1: June 3 2027 May 2 2028

The contractor will provide comprehensive Information Technology and Knowledge Management support services to sustain the training education and operational mission of the Fires Center of Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT technical support across workstations servers and network infrastructure
Support enterprise systems thin clients and virtualized environments
Manage information systems documentation and knowledge management tools
Assist in troubleshooting NIPRNet and other authorized network services
Install configure and maintain hardware and software
Provide end-user support for training and operational IT systems
Support IT equipment lifecycle management
Provide IT technical support across workstations servers and network infrastructure
Support enterprise systems thin clients and virtualized environments
Manage information systems documentation and knowledge management tools

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems or related field
3 years IT support experience
Familiarity with Windows enterprise systems networking and system administration
