The Role
The Senior Business Analyst Compensation is responsible for supporting thedesign configuration and execution of enterprise role partners with HRCompensationBusinessandTechnologyteamsto translate compensation strategiesinto system functionalitywhileensuringrequirementaccuracy. Thisrole blends productdevelopment deep HR/Compensation expertise and strong analytical capabilities to ensure our compensation planning experiences are intuitive scalable and aligned with business needs.
The Expertise and Skills You Have
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experiencein Information Systems Business HR Analytics or a related field.
5 years of experienceas a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst ideally supporting HR or compensation platforms.
Proficiency indata mapping data validation and advanced Excel(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP pivot tables comparison formulas).
Strong background inrequirements gathering documentation functional specifications and user story creation.
Experience withtest planning UAT execution and defect managementin an agile environment.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellentwritten verbal and interpersonal communicationskills with the ability to translate between technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability tointerpret processesand translate them into system logic configurations and scalable workflows.
Comfort working inagile product teams including backlog refinement sprint ceremonies and crossfunctional collaboration.
Ability to independentlybreak down complex problems explore assumptions ask clarifying questions and connect data process and policy.
Ability to providetechnical guidanceto peers and support internal discussions workshops and solutiondesign sessions.
Strong analytical and technical capability with experience writing SQL queries validating large data sets and performing advanced data analysis in Excel (including VLOOKUPs comparison formulas and pivot tables).
Experience conductingroot cause analysisand proposing scalable solutions.
Demonstrated experience creating highquality requirements documentation and contributing to solution design for scalable efficient processes.
Experience working withHR data including data structures mappings integrations and security considerations.
Handson experience supportingHR platforms with compensation systems exposure strongly preferred (merit/bonus planning eligibility rules budgets).
Ability to interpret build or support dashboards using Power BI Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability tobuild strong stakeholder partnershipsacross HR Compensation Technology and business teams.
Understanding ofdata governanceand HR data security best practices.
Experience in aplatform operating modelor multi-squad environment.

Your work will help shape the future roadmap of our compensation platforms and ensure continuous improvement strong data integrity and a seamless usercentered experience across the tools.
