Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented analytical and collaborative Technical Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology by assessing processes identifying and documenting requirements and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Engagement Overview:

Looking for a technical BA with a very good understanding of big data in general but who had experience with Asset Management data and a nice to have would be exposure to loans and originations data and consumption flow.
Strong Big Data experience must need.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria
Develop and document process flows use cases and workflows to support solution design
Conduct gap analyses root cause investigations and impact assessments
Partner with Product Owners Engineers QA and Project Managers to support the development and delivery lifecycle
Support the creation of test plans and lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Create and maintain dashboards reports and performance metrics to support business decisions
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Assist in change management training and adoption strategies for new systems and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Mathematic s or related field
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Experience gathering requirements and working across the full SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
Proficient in tools such as JIRA Confluence Microsoft Excel Visio and/or Lucid chart
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings to stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced in finance-related datasets (e.g. Bank Account Brokers FundsPortfolios Products Securities Legal Entities etc.)
Familiarity with SQL or data query tools
Experience with BI/reporting platforms (e.g. Sigma Tableau Power BI Next JSReact)
Business Analysis credentials (e.g. Waterfall Agile BRDs Design Documentationetc.)
