Job Summary
Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is growing and were looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with automotive industry experience who is organized accurate and comfortable working with dealership systems and vehicle information.
As one of the regions busiest dealerships accuracy and speed matter. The right candidate will help keep our inventory deal records and internal systems updated so our sales and management teams can operate efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain vehicle and deal information in dealership systems
Input and verify inventory data pricing and vehicle details
Assist with documentation related to sales and inventory
Maintain accurate digital records and files
Work with sales and management teams to ensure data accuracy
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous automotive dealership experience required
Strong typing and data entry skills
Basic reading writing and communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and dealership software a plus)
