Job Title : Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 10-15 Years

Location : Plano Texas

Responsibilities:

10-15 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on UX.
A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design and showcases relevant projects.
Proven experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews surveys and usability testing.
Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Experience in designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
Ability to create wireframes prototypes and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts.
Lead the UX design process from concept to execution ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design applying them to enhance user experiences.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
