Job Summary:
The Technical Specialist 4 role requires a highly experienced Broadcom GEN enterprise data modeler and senior GEN applications developer. The specialist will support and enhance actuarial rating and payment-related components within the Rates & Payments system working with GEN developers business analysts DBAs and modernization staff. This role involves business process analysis GEN model development and implementation of GEN-based solutions across batch and online components.

Responsibilities:
- Interpreting business requirements.
- Designing GEN action diagrams.
- Developing and testing server procedures.
- Supporting reporting tools (Reports Composer SOA Composer Crystal Reports).
- Contributing to modernization efforts involving Windows Oracle and distributed batch processing.
- Diagnosing complex issues and supporting production operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and accuracy.
- Interpreting business requirements.
- Designing GEN action diagrams.
