Job Summary

Role: Sr. HRIS Business Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale CA (3 days a week onsite is must)
Job Type: W2 Contract

Minimum qualifications:

8 years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience in HRIS domain;
Workday knowledge;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience of agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the HRIS domain.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions within the Workday platform.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback on proposed changes.
Develop and maintain project documentation including process flows user stories etc.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
