Job Summary
Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Charlotte NC (3 days a week onsite is must)
Job Type: W2 Contract
Contract length : 1 year
Experience Level: Intermediate / Senior
Must Have Skills:
- Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
- Experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
Description:
- Designs develops and maintains scalable Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes.
- Provides senior level technical expertise in custom development integrations and platform optimization while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and declarative tools.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce technical designs.
- Lead development of workflows automation validation rules and custom objects.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports dashboards and CRM Analytics solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development and security best practices.
Technical Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven experience designing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) or comparable reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX source control and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations (e.g. Guidewire SAP ImageRight).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred.
