Job Summary
We are looking for an innovative Senior Program Manager with strong analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Operations/ Logistics. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.
This person will work with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning Operations Finance Engineer WHS ACES and Tech to set up and maintain operational configurations while driving improvements in existing fulfillment processes. The role will be directly responsible for senior leadership reviews and will play a key role in deploying structural projects that support the operation through adjustment and improvement initiatives delivering measurable benefits in quality speed and cost.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and delivery speed across the network;
- Deploy structural projects end-to-end supporting the operations team with improvement and adjustment initiatives focused on quality speed and cost benefits;
- Transportation system configurations;
- Fulfillment center operations enhancement;
- New technology platforms and tools deployment;
- Performance dashboard development;
- Manage project lifecycles from conception through implementation ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify requirements track milestones and deliver measurable results.

- Experience in project or program management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelors degree or above
- Experience in communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in Portuguese & English
- Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
