Job Summary
As a Sr. Financial Svcs Supervisor here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial services team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and financial reporting. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
In this role you will impact the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization by providing leadership and guidance to the financial services team. Your expertise in financial management and process optimization will be crucial in achieving our financial goals and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the financial services function
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Drive the financial close processes ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisionmaking
- Manage and develop a team of financial professionals
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial operations and accounting principles
- Proven track record of managing and leading a team
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
